Framed poppies and butterflied just for you

I have taken the idea from the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration catalogue where a designer paper was framed to make a home decor. I though that was pretty cool. So I have made own version of making a home decor using the poppies stamp and the butterfly basics stamp set. I also wanted to give that 3D effect so had to look for a frame that gave the depth on its border. I added the largest and medium size butterfly to finish it off. 

So here it is. I think it looks very cool and my friend who will get this for her birthday will surely love it.

Card and treat box combo

I have been making a framed card lately. It's because of its' third dimension feature that makes me fall,in love with this card. It beckons me a lot and it's so versatile you can run wild  in your imagination. 

I have also been busy  packaging 6 tea light candles for workshop give away. 

It just click to me that it's going to be a win win situation if I put the two things together. And because Valentines is just around the corner, I decided to have it  as my theme. 

So for all you people out there make one of these and get excited for Valentine's Day .

Golden years wedding anniversary card

My inspiration in the last few days is golden years for  wedding anniversary. Isn't it great to see a couple sees it through for better or for worse as they have sealed their love with the commitment to be for each other.

This special occasion calls for a special card and the card has to be......... the exploding box.

The dimension of the box is 6 x 6 x 6 inches. Just wanted to be different and instead of using gold or yellow I used tangerine colour as the main colour to bring the bits of trimming out. I have put together the card using various stamps and punches from Stampin' Up! products. There was no set design, the outcome was developed as it was being put together. 

So here it is .........

Packaging for special treats on Valentine's Day

Yes you read it right, Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day comes around quickly after New Year. I do like to think Valentine's Day is a daily celebration with your love ones, but for a more exciting celebration yes have it on Valentine's Day ,

We can sometimes be over board with buying expensive presents. It's not always the cost of the present you buy that tells your love one you care and love them , it's the thought and the process you went through in making it happen that makes the cut.
