A special wedding card

And here I am again, after a long time of procrastinating I'm back and with fury..... Lol
Let's start with this wedding card. Getting the right colour is always a challenge. It's teal and near about. I think this is close.
Then what to put inside the card was not straight forward neither. I couldn't make up my mind between the  butterflies or the lovely birds. Since the groom is a pilot of NZAF so the flowing wings of the bird made me go for the later.
I have to put an extra ump for the interior of the card. I was leaning towards the secret garden theme but without the flowers. So with the bird cage and more branches and leaves to complete the scene, I think I have achieved the secret garden theme. The bird has to be in white distressed with Bermuda bay colour.
Where is the sentiment? With the request from the mother of the groom, she wanted it blank so she can write a personal message for the couple.
So once again, the faux card as a special card wins.

This was fun creating it.
